information regarding our application process. If you have trouble
with any of our PDF files, you can pick up copies of this information
from the Chinook Properties office, 1590 High St, Eugene.
Applications, guidelines and listings, can be found on our front porch
24 hours a day.
Our
Application Policies and Guidelines:
Please review our company guidelines, as not every
landlord/Rental Agency has the same process or policies. Chinook
Properties does NOT rent sight unseen. If you are unable to view the
property yourself, a proxy will need to view it for you prior to your
application being processed.
Rental
Application:
We require individual applications for anyone 18 or
older intending to live at one of our properties. Each applicant must
provide a copy of ID, income verification and application fee, before
we will consider the application complete. Applications can be brought
in to our office, faxed, mailed or e-mailed in. Please note:
Application fees must be paid in cash, money order, cashier’s check or
personal check.
Co-Signer
Form:
You will need a co-signer if the following applies: If
there is insufficient income and/or if there is less than 3 years of
rental history. Having a co-signer DOES NOT negate prior evictions or
felonies; either of these are grounds for immediate denial. Co-signer
paperwork can be brought into the office, faxed or e-mailed. The
co-signer form will not be considered complete until we have received:
the Co-signer form, income verification and a copy of the co-signers
ID. If a co-signer is needed, the application will not be considered
in line until we receive ALL of the required applicant and co-signer
paperwork.
Pet
Agreement:
If the property you are interested in or currently
living in accepts pets, we will need the Pet Agreement filled out and
submitted with a photo of each pet. An additional Pet Deposit will be
required at time of approval.
Security Deposits and Pet Deposits must be paid in full.
We do not accept partial payments or payment plans.
